An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. k1win reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of PKR 200 on dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.
All sports bets placed on k1win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface and govern matters including bet settlement, void conditions, postponement policy, and in-play bet acceptance. In the event of any discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails.
